BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The service is a shared passenger service.
2. The scheduled collection times are approximate only, these will be confirmed to you one day before the travel date. Times could vary to accommodate any home collections or
drop offs.
3. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
4. Any changes to your travel plans should be advised to us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to accommodate these where possible.
5. Once a booking has been confirmed, a $30 cancellation fee will apply if canceled.
6. Children, infants and babies will only be carried if you have a suitable child seat or if one has been requested from us. These
must be requested at the time of booking. Booster seats are provided free of charge, infant and baby seats can be hired for $20 per seat.
7. Oversize items will only be carried if pre-booked, the charge for such items is $15.00.
8. We accept a reasonable amount of luggage, excess baggage will be carried at our discretion.
9. A 20% surcharge will be
added to all adult and child fares for any transfer on a New Zealand statutory holiday. A list of these can be found on this web site.
10. Child fares apply for 4 to 15 year olds [inclusive]. Infants 3 and under are carried free of charge.
11. Unaccompanied children are charged at the adult rate.
12. Bookings will only be accepted once payment has been made.
13. Drivers will wait for up to 5 minutes from the notified time at the designated collection point, if you miss the shuttle due to being late, there will be no
refund offered. Should you be unable to be at the meeting point within the designated time, please call the office as soon as possible as we may be able to arrange to collect you at another location.
14. We reserve the
right to amend prices at any time. Once a booking has been made the price will not be changed once paid for.
